SpeVoc is downloading
The download is running. Leave this page open — Windows is about to speak up twice, and this page explains what those messages mean.
The download starts automatically.
Nothing happening?
Download it directly.
The file is called SpeVoc_Setup_v…exe and is around 76 MB.
Why does Windows warn at all? SpeVoc does not yet carry a purchased publisher signature. Windows therefore does not know the program and warns as a precaution — not because it found anything harmful. The warning says “unknown”, not “dangerous”.
Every small vendor's software starts out this way. With the first revenue comes the signature, and then these messages disappear.
Your browser holds the download back
Pick your browser — the message looks a little different in each:
SpeVoc_Setup_v1.14.10.exe
Click the three dots …, then “Keep”
Edge then asks once more (“Keep this unsafe file?”) — click “Keep anyway” there.
SpeVoc_Setup_v1.14.10.exe
Click “Keep”
If you cannot find the button, open the download list via the arrow icon in the top right of the browser.
SpeVoc_Setup_v1.14.10.exe
Right-click the entry, then “Allow” or “Keep file”
Firefox shows the entry in the download list in the top right.
Windows speaks up when starting — this is where people get stuck
When you double-click the downloaded file, this blue window appears. At first it shows only a single button: “Don't run”. The way forward hides behind the small link on the left.

More info
Click “More info” first — then “Run anyway” appears
Now click “Run anyway”
The installation runs through
From here it is an ordinary setup wizard: next, next, done. Windows asks once whether the program may make changes to your device — that is the normal prompt for any installation, “Yes” is correct.
After it starts you will find SpeVoc in the system tray at the bottom right, next to the clock. On first launch it downloads the speech recognition model once — depending on your connection that takes a few minutes, and it happens only once.
Still stuck?
Then write to me — that is not a silly question, it tells me this guide still has a gap.
info@4uweb.de — please mention which of the three steps you got stuck on.
